There are two poster sessions 1 and 2 held on Tuesday, 28th June and Wednesday, 29th June from 3 pm to 4.20 pm each. During these times you will have the opportunity to share experiences and inform other conference participants about your latest research. Therefore, please ensure that you or a colleague of yours is available for questions and explanations next to your poster during both poster sessions.
The poster sessions will take place on the first floor of the foyer, the center of the conference venue. The display area of the poster show is organized according to the conference sessions. Details about the location of your individual poster will be available on lists at the registration, the information desk and the poster area at the conference venue. There will be also staff that is pleased to help you on site. To find the location of your poster easily please keep your personal poster-ID (e.g. PO_1-01) ready at the conference venue.
The posters can be mounted already on Sunday afternoon during the pre-registration from 4-8 pm and all day on Monday, 27th June. Please take care that you mount your poster before poster session 1 starts on Tuesday. The posters are meant to be on display until the end of the conference on Thursday afternoon (4 pm). After that you can take your posters down. If any posters are left after the end of the conference, they will be removed and disposed.
Poster walls including mounting devices will be available for you at the conference venue. The poster walls fit posters with a maximum size of DIN A0 (84,1 x 118,9 cm) - Upright. There are no formatting guidelines for the posters.
Poster Printing Service
If you prefer to travel without posters in your luggage, we are pleased to inform you about the local printing service offered by Atelier Gebhard. The service includes printing and delivery to the conference venue. Invoicing and payment will be managed directly with Atelier Gebhard. Please do not hesitate to contact them and ask for a quotation.
File Formats: Please send the file as PDF X3 and colors in CMYK. Make sure your images have at least a resolution of 300dpi and are in scale 1:1 for best results.
Deadline: Please send your data to Atelier Gebhard not later than 20th of June to ensure your poster will be delivered on Monday 27th.
